As a health intuitive, I can identify for you what your body needs to restore balance and health. Additionally, with simple muscle testing methods, I can teach you how to listen to your own body and pick the supplements and foods that provide your body with what it needs.

When my intuition directs me, I will use the botanical scents of Essential Oils to stimulate the oldest part of your brain in support of your healing process. Based on your personal needs, the selected scents will either help release any biological or emotional blocks that hinder the healing process or will optimize your natural inner resources to work more efficiently in support of the healing process.

When used after an injury or trauma, or before and after surgery, the energy work I do speeds and eases the healing process by lessening pain, easing stiffness, increasing mobility, reducing swelling, brusing, inflamation, and allowing necessary drainage.
